Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics have exciting news for Tomb Raider fans: the much-anticipated Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered will be hitting the Nintendo Switch soon.
Following the successful resurgence of the original trilogy with Tomb Raider I-III Remastered featuring the iconic Lara Croft, players are now in for a treat with the next chapter of adventures in the series known as the Darkness Trilogy. This installment includes three thrilling games:
Firstly, in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Lara unveils the long-hidden tomb of the Egyptian God Set, unwittingly setting off a chain of events that could bring darkness upon the world.
Next, in Tomb Raider: Chronicles, we find a somber scene as Lara is believed to be missing, entombed beneath the sands of Egypt. Her close circle reflects on her mysterious past during a poignant memorial.
Then comes Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, where Lara finds herself on the run, wrongly accused of murder. As she fights to clear her name, she stumbles upon a dark conspiracy involving mystical experiments and powerful ancient artifacts.
In addition to these gripping narratives, this special remastered collection introduces a new Photo Mode, a detail delight for fans which was elaborated on in a detailed blog post.
