Hey there! Konami’s got some exciting news: they’re hosting a Silent Hill transmission stream this week, offering a sneak peek at Silent Hill f. This game playfully shows us that sometimes you can just toss aside the grammar rules like capital letters.
Recently, we’ve seen a bit of Silent Hill action. Remember the awesome Silent Hill 2 Remake, thanks to the teamwork between Konami and Bloober Team? Yet, it’s been ages since we’ve had a new mainline game in the series. That’s exactly the void that Silent Hill f aims to fill with its eerie charm.
Mark your calendars because the Silent Hill stream is set for March 13 at 10 PM GMT. For those in other time zones, that’s 3 PM PDT and 6 PM ET. We’ll drop the link to the livestream once it’s live, but it’d be a good call to check the official Silent Hill YouTube channel.
Wondering what to expect? Konami has hinted that “This Transmission will uncover SILENT HILL f.” Al Yang, the game’s director, shared his excitement, saying, “Excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been cooking.”
If you need a little refresher, Silent Hill f was teased during a Silent Hill transmission back in 2022, around the same time as the SH2 Remake was announced. Neobards Entertainment is at the helm of development, with the talented Ryukishi07, known for the When They Cry visual novel series, crafting the story.
Kelsey, our resident Silent Hill aficionado, described the original teaser for Silent Hill f, which featured a mysterious flower hat, as “rather fascinating and stylised.” If you’re into spine-chilling thrills, you’ll definitely want to add this showcase to your watchlist.
