Nearly two decades ago, Forza Motorsport burst onto the scene, igniting a journey that intertwined the worlds of car enthusiasts and gamers alike. We aimed to build a vibrant community fueled by a passion for cars, racing prowess, and creative competition. It’s been an incredible ride that has brought us to this point, where we celebrate our 20th anniversary with the much-anticipated return of Fujimi Kaido to Forza Motorsport this May.
When we first launched Forza Motorsport back in 2005, it marked the beginning of a bold vision to create innovative, immersive automotive experiences. We’ve expanded our horizons over the years with Forza Motorsport 2, 3, and 4 on the Xbox 360, as well as Forza Motorsport 5, 6, and 7 on the Xbox One. Most recently, we’ve brought the thrill of the race to the Xbox Series X|S and PC with the latest Forza Motorsport installment.
With the anniversary just around the corner, we’re thrilled to give you a sneak peek at what’s to come in the May update. Among the highlights is the comeback of a track that’s earned legendary status within the Forza community.
Since October 2023, our team has been hard at work, meticulously redesigning Fujimi Kaido to meet modern standards. This represents our most ambitious track project yet! Spanning 10.24 miles (16.5 km), with 144 heart-pounding curves and a 2,711-foot (826 meters) peak, the Full Circuit and Full Circuit Reverse promise a driving experience like no other. Our aim is to recapture the exhilarating magic of drifting through the expansive, winding roads of Japan’s mountainous terrain. We’re eager for you to hit those sharp turns once again as we diligently refine this beloved track for its return this May.
But the excitement of the anniversary isn’t limited to Fujimi Kaido. We’ve got a lineup of highly requested cars, unlockable driver suits, special events in both Career and Featured Multiplayer modes, fresh themed Rivals challenges, and much more on the way.
