Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, the intense survival shooter, has already hit a major milestone with over a million copies sold. This announcement came from GSC Game World, the development studio, on Twitter just two days following its launch on November 20th.
Adding to its initial success, the game is also available on Xbox’s Game Pass subscription service, pulling even more players into its unique, immersive world.
“It seems like the Zone is bustling,” remarked the Ukrainian developers. “We’ve sold a million copies, and many more adventurers are embarking on the artifact hunt thanks to Game Pass.”
The team continued, “This is just the beginning of what promises to be an extraordinary journey. With each player, the Heart of Chornobyl’s energy only grows stronger. We’re grateful to our community of stalkers!”
The excitement and gratitude were palpable in their tweet, reflecting on Twitter users’ feed through an embedded post. It’s clear the studio is thrilled with the warm reception and is looking forward to what comes next in this adventure in the Zone.
